When uploading your image for engraving, it is best to remove any background to ensure that just the image is engraved.  This will ensure that the preview shows how the image will appear on the tumbler.  It is not an exact representation as the cutout will show stainless steel material once the paint is removed to form the image.  Turn around time usually 1-2 weeks.
